Online cancellations are NOT allowed.
As of September 15, 2023 we are no longer accepting returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We try hard to deliver great quality pieces. If for some reason, there is a defect in the item please bring it into the store or email us a picture of the defect immediately to email@example.com. You must notify us of a defect within 5 business days of purchase or delivery date.
